INDOOR SPORTS:

we provide opportunity to students to indulge in  some indoor sports like Carrom Board, Chess and other indoor games.  Competitions are held frequently and suitably rewarded to the deserving candidates.

 

Playing sports is a great way to exercise and keep your body fit and healthy. But oftentimes your regular sports dates with friends are interrupted by weather conditions. You are forced to cancel a weekend game due to rain, or you sometimes elect not to play because being exposed to the sun’s rays could cause skin damage. Playing indoor sports allows you to play regularly without worrying about the rain or the damaging effect of the sun on your health. Also due to severe stress in  academics, the student is forced to skip sports.  We at SRCC realise the value of sports which can positively impact a child’s physical and mental fitness and that in turn will help the student perform better. Research done by a  top university in America says that a students overall academic performance depends strongly on physical & mental fitness.
